Enforced across all Celora Holdings Roblox experiences

Roblox Experience Enforcement: Any player listed in the blacklist registry, or who is a member of a blacklisted community group, will be automatically blocked from joining any Roblox experience that uses Celora Holdings development products, as well as any Celora Holdings subsidiary experience. This is enforced server-side at join time.
Appeals: People blacklists may be appealed by the blacklisted individual. Community blacklists may only be appealed by the verified community owner.
